Is it Southwell?

An OurNottinghamshire user from Michigan USA has been in contact with a query about the photo above. She writes

My family has this photo of an ancestor's restaurant. I'm trying to determine when about & where this restaurant may have been located? Someone in the England Genealogy Facebook group suggested that it could have been in Southwell, Nottinghamshire - due to the "South Theatre" advertisements in the windows for Robin Hood (see close-ups of window displays below).
