One of England's great bus rides

By Robert Howard

The two images are the map and text sides of a leaflet I created in 2014 which was used by TravelRight to design their own version, which fitted in with their house style.

At history fairs I get asked about the two 2014 bus days I did with TravelRight, when we were given a 35 double-deck bus for the day and travelled from Bulwell Bus Station to Angel Row Local Studies Library, and whether I will be doing another one. The good news is I am thinking about a reprise in 2015 and am presently working with a local history group to do something similar for the Robin Hood Line intertwined with Trent-Barton's 141 bus route, so watch this space!

For now, use the map to take your own 35 bus journey into history.
