2014: The Midwife toad is alive and well in Notts

Ross Parish's article on this website about the Midwife Toad has explained how these 'invaders' came to Nottinghamshire

The house in Worksop where the toads live has recently acquired a new owner who sends these two photos of their pond habitat.

He reports that he has not seen the toads yet (April 2014), but has "heard them.... when they start singing after dark".
