Possibly around the time of the coronation

We think this photograph was taken around 1900. If it's a coronation procession, then presumably it dates from the time of Queen Victoria's death and the accession of Edward VII in 1901.

There is a bank on the corner and T. Lewin the printer is above.

The procession seems very similar to the one featured here.
